Hey! I am was looking at the “combo” cheese chopper and shredder from Mr. Cheese. I am a bit disappointed because it seems it only works with bricks of cheese…The only time I would make a brick is if I am making “Brick” cheese. Otherwise I make rounds cut into wedges. I suppose I could just ask them, but thought I’d mention it here first, in case anyone bought one in the cheese-making community.
