I just received my cheese kit last Thursday. I’ve been raising goats for almost 40 years. I haven’t taken the time to make cheese in about 35 years. I just finished my 3rd batch of Mozzarella about an hour ago & its only Monday! lol. I also made the Italian Feather Bread recipe using the whey as in your booklet. Soooo good. I just ate some of the Italian Feather bread (yes it is light) with some of the mozzarella cheese that I’ve made, along with fresh tomatoes from my garden. It doesn’t get much better than this. My family loves it & I love being able to spend this time with my grandson. Priceless!!

Wow Goat Milk Cheddar. I must watch that one. My cheddar with GM was a fail. Colby aged longer became like cheddar in flavor but that is the closest I’ve come.
