Have to say that I was very disappointed in the
“A Very Dairy Day” video. I truly feel that it is very important to make sanitation a very important matter when it comes to any food-related video. This video is not what people who are unfamiliar with cheese making should see. “Monkey see Monkey do”. You can see plenty of food-related videos on youtube that show very poor sanitation.
