This Month: New Videos!
Korean Corn Cheese: Maangchi is the cutest chef ever!
We love that smelly cheese!: Great PBS video.
We never get tired of watching cheese being made:
They eat grilled cheese in India?: Move the red bar to 2.55 minutes, watch how they make their sandwich and then dream of a trip to India!
How to sell a goat: Amberlin Biegel just posted this and we think it’s great marketing!
The category of “really?:” We’re pretty sure this video demonstrates why you can’t believe everything you see on YouTube:
What’s a tidbit?
A tidbit is a little piece of something BIG and that something is the big, big world of cheese. We know you’re kinda busy making your own “fabulous fromage,” so, every month (around the 15th), we scour the Web for you, picking out new items of interest and giving you the links. If we missed something, let us know at info@cheesemaking.com or in the comments below.
Fritz Kopp, Retired Cheesemaker says
